Now Accepting Nominations:

I.D. Freed was a long time board member and Walk MS: Dallas Fundraiser for the National MS Society. Sadly, we lost I.D. in 2011, but his name and memory with the National MS Society will live on forever.  Last year, we added a new award to our Awards Party – The I.D. Freed Courage Award-- and we would like to carry on the tradition.

In keeping with the spirit of ID, we are inviting you nominate someone who has shown courage and great attitude when facing the daily challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. This person is someone who shows a good sense of humor, is a great role model for others stricken with this disease, has a never give up attitude, and shines their wonderful smile in the face of adversity.  This person has contributed to the MS Society in some fashion whether that is through volunteering their time at the office, leading or participating on a team, or helping to raise money for the MS Society and has been touched by MS in some fashion.

Please submit a small paragraph as to whom and why you would like to nominate this individual to Amy Dietrich.

Nominations will be due by Friday, May 24th, and the winner will be announced at our Awards Party this June.  Additionally, a donation will be made to the National MS Society in the winner’s name courtesy of Larry and Leslie Krasner.
